VINTAGE EMBROIDERY, MIRRORWORK & KANTHA COLLECTION
Opium's vintage cushions are all one-of-a-kind pieces designed with antique fabrics sourced from India, Pakistan and Afghanistan.
Our Tribal EmbroideredMirrorwork Collections are created using tribal textiles from Gujarat embellished with antique mirror, vintage rupee coins and cowry shells all appliqued onto cream vintage French linen. Just a single cushion can give the finishing touch to a sofa or bed.
Our stunning Swat Marriage Dowry Cushions are made from antique embroideries in floss silk sourced from the Swat Valley, Pakistan and are backed with hand-spun linens.
We also offer a collection of embroidered Vintage Cushions from Afghanistan, again made as part of a marriage dowry.
